Evening programs:
Mondays Mindfulness 4pm - 6pm: Mindfulness and mediation.
Wednesday night dinner night 4.30 - 7.30pm: Cook dinner at the cottage and enjoy a meal with your friends.
Friday night movie night at the cottage 5pm - 8pm: First Friday of the month, enjoy a movie with your friends.
